I’m Chloe—owner & heart behind Coalescence Event Services.

Born in Tucson, Arizona & raised in the lush landscapes of Washington, my love for hospitality started young & has only grown stronger over the years. With over 20 years of experience across restaurants, bakeries, catering kitchens, fine dining, fast-paced bars, weddings, & large-scale events, I’ve worn almost every hat this industry has to offer.

Leadership & management found me naturally all my life, but in 2018 I took a leap & enrolled in culinary school, earning a degree in Hospitality Management with hands-on, real-world training. This allowed me to bridge the gap between front-of-house service & back-of-house execution—understanding the full picture of what it takes to bring an event to life.

For years, I worked as a Catering Manager for a small, woman-owned business in Portland, fine-tuning my skills in event logistics, menu planning, client relations, & problem-solving on the fly.

But beyond the titles & training… at my core, I just really love taking care of people. It started in my mom’s salon, offering coffee to her clients as a little girl & it’s never left me. I thrive on making people feel seen, cared for, & celebrated. I believe in creating beautiful, joy-filled moments where you don’t have to worry about the details, because I’ve already thought of them for you. That’s what Coalescence is all about.
